It’s me, the bailiff Valdas Zubinas who started to state fact circumstances according to the address in Klonis street, Teleičiai village, Garliava, Kaunas district in the living house on the 9th of January, 2012 at 10.30 on the basis of Neringa Venckiene’s p.c. 47105210087 assignment to state fact circumstances about the infant D.Kedytė declaration to live with her mother Laimutė Stankūnaitė.
I state, that having come to the house by the address Klonis street No 7, Teleičiai village Garliava, Kaunas district, D. Kedytė p.c. 60402190576 was found there. Having asked the girl if she could declare about the possibility to live with her mother Laimutė Stankūnaitė, in front of cameras, the girl agreed to have being filmed. Neringa Venckienė allowed that the girl would be filmed and asked in front of the camera. In the process of filming D.Kedytė said:
“I don’t want to live with Laima…, I don’t want to live with Laima, because her friends were poking their sexual organs to my mouth, Laima was standing and looking… They wanted me to be silent and not to say anybody, and if not they would hurt me with a knife. I want to live with Neringa, because she is very good to me. I want to live with Neringa very much. I don’t want to live with Laima… I don’t want to live with Laima, only with Neringa. They were poking their sexual organs to Orinta’s mouth, she was tied… I want to live with Neringa”.
The Statement of facts was finished on the 9the of January 2012 at 10.50.
The techniques were used:
a) Sound fixing means
b) View fixing means
c) Other means for fixing sound and view (videocamera).
There are two copies of this document, having the same legal importance. One copy is at the person’s having given assighnment disposition, the other one – at the bailiff’s.
The disk, with the fact stated possibilities are attached to the record for the court and are considered as the part of the record.
